Kevin Brennan is an executive vice president at HM Secured, a division of Hughes Marino, and he leads the firm’s Corporate Finance group. Kevin has 30 years of experience negotiating complex secured finance contracts encompassing large headquarter leases, asset-based corporate debt, structured sale-leaseback financings and joint-venture construction project agreements totaling +$3 billion in transactional value. A few of Kevin’s past client projects include leading transactional work for Sixth Street Partners, TPG, Jones Day and LVMH.

In his free time, Kevin loves to spend time with his wife, son and daughter, ski, read, workout/fitness, hike and volunteer at church.
