Brett Haskins is a vice president of capital markets at HM Secured, a division of Hughes Marino, where he focuses on supporting his clients with debt and equity solutions across a variety of industries. Brett is committed to helping companies achieve their goals through thoughtful guidance, strong relationships and tailored strategies.

Prior to joining Hughes Marino, Brett began his real estate career at Legend Partners, where he specialized in both landlord and tenant representation, with a focus on Class A grocery-anchored and lifestyle centers. During his tenure at Legend, he represented several of the market’s largest REITs and master-planned developers. Before beginning his real estate career, Brett held investment-focused roles at Janus Henderson Investors and Essex Communities, where he served as a development associate for senior living communities throughout the Midwest and played a key role in investor relations.

Outside of work, you can often find Brett and his wife golfing, skiing and exploring the many restaurants and experiences Denver has to offer.
